Location: East Grinstead town centre
Salary: £22,000 PA
Dealing with internal communication between the engineers on the road and the sales team for any queries that either might have.
Answer incoming calls in regards to customer complaints, pricing issues etc. You will be required to resolve the issues at hand or escalate them to the appropriate department and ensure it is resolved.
You will also be on hand to assist the sales team when there is an overflow of calls.

We offer a competitive based salary & salary expectation are between £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
